Beyond Hello is an active member of the MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association), a 250 member strong trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources.

As an MSPA member, we follow a strict code of professional standards and ethics, which includes integrity, professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality. We expect our shoppers to follow the same code.

Our involvement with the MSPA keeps us in tune with the evolution of mystery shopping. Beyond Hello Vice President, Christopher Warzynski, plays an active role in the MSPA, having served in various positions over the years, including Treasurer, Vice President, President, and member of the MSPA Global Council.

MSPA Resources

The MSPA is an abundant resource for mystery shoppers, providing access to project postings, message boards, scam alerts, and industry news.

Like all MSPA member companies, we never charge shoppers to register with us.

We encourage our independent contractors to register with multiple MSPA member companies as mystery shoppers. Doing so provides access to a wider variety of opportunities and helps you gain valuable mystery shopping experience in a variety of industries.

MSPA Shopper Certification

The MSPA offers two mystery shopping courses for independent contractors willing to invest in their business. The courses help further your knowledge of mystery shopping and indicate your commitment to being one of the best. Although certification isn’t required to be a mystery shopper, we recommend the programs and recognize the value of certification when we consider contractors for a project. If all other shopper qualifications are equal, MSPA certified shoppers do have an edge when it comes to receiving coveted projects.

MSPA’s Silver Certification Program is available online. The Gold Certification Program is available on DVD or by attending a workshop. Information about the certification programs is available from the MSPA.
