Who’s On Video? You Are!

More and more of our clients are installing video surveillance equipment in their locations as part of loss prevention programs. Some clients are also starting to use the surveillance videos to confirm mystery shop data, especially time of visit, length of visit and interaction details.

Please double check your evaluation entries carefully before submitting to prevent any dispute about your mystery shop. Like you, we want every mystery shop to be accepted by our clients!
