Top 5 Objective Mystery Shopper Observations

A good secret shopper observes and reports, striving for objectivity at all times to create the most accurate evaluation possible. Here at Beyond Hello, we appreciate objectivity in more ways than one. Believe it or not, these shoppers weren’t trying to be funny. They simply reported their observations, which happened to make us laugh. We hope you will too.

“Erica showed me quite a few dresses, ranging from casual fun to dangerous and sexy.”

“At one point he seemed to forget I was there and started dancing to the music playing.”

“He told me they don’t allow the store to remove anything from the sales floor for feng shui considerations.”

“I asked if the microfiber pants would wrinkle. He said, ‘I don’t know I try to avoid funeral and wedding clothing.’”

“When I stepped up to the counter to order, I was greeted pleasantly by a male employee who wore the nametag Bessie but the receipt read Alexander.”
