Although most of our shoppers want to receive emails of mystery shop projects from Beyond Hello, we occasionally receive an email from a shopper who is unhappy about receiving too many of them. There is an easy way to resolve this issue.
Every shopper can log into their account and make a simple change to their Shopper Profile that will prevent Beyond Hello from emailing project postings. You will still be able to log in and SEARCH for projects in your area, but we will not be able to SEND you new postings via email. (Please note that you will still receive emails from Beyond Hello for any projects that you have been assigned to.)
We have recently heard from several shoppers who claim they are still receiving emails, even after making this change, and also, from several shoppers who are no longer active in our data base. PLEASE NOTE: BEYOND HELLO RESPECTS YOUR CHOICE TO “OPT OUT” AND WE DO NOT CONTINUE TO SEND THESE EMAILS ONCE A SHOPPER INDICATES A PREFERENCE TO STOP RECEIVING THEM.
Here is what we believe is occurring: We have discovered that many shoppers have also signed up to receive email notifications from sources that consolidate postings from multiple mystery shopping companies (the most popular is JobSlinger). Beyond Hello is unable to control the emails that are sent by these groups, and our postings may be included in the emails they provide. Therefore, you may continue to receive emails about Beyond Hello postings, even though they are not sent DIRECTLY from Beyond Hello. In order to stop all emails, shoppers must “unsubscribe” with any group that might be providing these postings – not just Beyond Hello.
