Please keep in mind that typically, a client is looking for a mystery shopper's observations of very specific things that exist or occur in their locations. Clients are not usually looking for your personal preference or opinion of how things “should” be done.
There are exceptions to this; but when a client wants an opinion instead of an observation, the questions on the evaluation form will clearly reflect that request. So, to help get your projects through the review process as quickly as possible without being sent back to you for clarification (and on track for payment!), please try to base your comments on what you see and hear during your actual experience – unless specifically asked for your opinion.

This is a great post ‘cause I think so many Shoppers get caught up in giving their opinion, rather than thinking more objectively.
