We’ve become aware that a few Beyond Hello shoppers are having a problem logging in through our new website. This seems to occur only for a small group of people who still use an older version of Internet Explorer. One solution is to update your browser to the current version.
Otherwise, it’s very easy to work around this issue. You’re probably seeing a 3-line Shopper Login on the screen (like the image shown above), instead of a 2-line Shopper Login with a “Go” button (as described in our blog post from January 26).
Here’s all you need to do: In the first field (first line), click on the word “Email” and then type in your email address. In the second field (second line), click on the “dots” and then type in your password. Then, click anywhere in the third field (the empty gray box). Clicking in the gray box will work like clicking on a “Go” button.
This will take you to another screen that already has your email address and password entered into the appropriate fields. On this screen, all you have to do is click on the round “Go” button, and you’ll be entered into your account page on the Mirror.
