There are four things our registered shoppers can check to see if something is preventing our email notifications from getting through:
1) Put Beyond Hello on your email “safe” list to keep our emails out of your junk mail box. This is the most common reason why shoppers don’t get our emails.
2) Log into your Shopper Profile and make sure your Account Status is “Active.” You won’t receive our emails if you’ve “Deactivated” (closed) your account at some point.
3) Then, make sure the “On” box next to “Get Shop Offer Emails” is checked. If “Off” is selected, you won’t receive our postings via email. (You can still see them on the Job Board, though.)
4) Make sure your current email address is the one listed on your shopper profile.
