Shopper Question of the Week: “What’s the Best Way to Contact a Scheduler?”

Email is almost always the best way to contact a scheduler, since they pick it up religiously. While you can certainly call our office if you need to speak directly to a scheduler, you might want to initiate the call by email to determine when the scheduler will be available – their hours vary according to workload.
If you’ve already been assigned a project and have a question about it, the scheduler’s email address will appear at the top of the mystery shop evaluation form under “Shop Information.”
