Remember that mystery shopping projects must be completed and submitted online by the Due Date (just completing the “visit” portion of the project by the Due Date isn’t enough). If you know you’re not going to be able to meet a Due Date, please contact your scheduler immediately to let us know you want to cancel the project or to see if we can grant an extension. If you’re interested in an extension, please tell us the date you can do the shop, so we’ll know without having to contact you again whether or not the Due Date can be extended. Keep in mind that we work under strict deadlines that are set by our clients, so extensions aren’t always possible. Also, please be aware that we usually have to immediately reassign any project that hasn’t been submitted by the Due Date.
