This is the time of year for bad weather, and our shoppers have definitely been experiencing it! As soon as you know you’re not going to be able to complete a shop on time (due to the weather or any other reason), contact the scheduler right away. Whenever possible (unless a strict client deadline prevents it), your scheduler will give you a short extension. And, as long as you’ve contacted the scheduler before the due date, and you haven’t made a habit of requesting extensions, your shopper rating won’t be negatively affected.
