Shopper Question of the Week: “What Does the Due Date Mean?”

December 08, 2009

Thanks for asking! Schedulers love shoppers who understand the importance of our project Due Dates!

The Due Date for a mystery shop is the date the entire project must be completed and submitted. Anything not submitted by the Due Date is late and is subject to cancellation. Our schedulers hate this as much as shoppers do, but please keep in mind that we have clients expecting to pull up data according to project Due Dates.

FYI…for “purchase and return” shops, the return must also be completed and submitted online by the Due Date.

For further information, please refer to this previous post on our blog.
