Shopper Question of the Week: “I Forgot My Password. What Should I Do?”

No problem! From any of our login screens, there is a link you can click on to have your password automatically sent to your email address.
• From the login on our new website, click on the link: “Forgot your password?”
• If you’re still accessing your account from an older version of the login screen, click on the link: “Email Me My Password”.
Your password will be sent to the email address you have listed on your shopper profile. (This is a good reason to keep your shopper profile up to date!)

Please note: To help ensure the security of your personal information, our staff is not able to access/provide your password to you.
