Absolutely! If your mystery shop requires a receipt, you can either scan it OR fax it. Although scanning and attaching a receipt to your evaluation is a little more reliable…
If you choose to fax instead of scanning a receipt, please follow these instructions:
1. Our fax numbers appear on the mystery shop evaluation form.
2. Print out the fax cover sheet (link is available near the top of the evaluation form). If you use this link, the page will automatically include all the information we need to match your fax to your evaluation form.
3. Secure the receipt to the paper, so it doesn’t slide or get damaged when going through the fax machine. Tape works great!
4. Please try to insert the paper so the receipt appears “top end up” on the sheet. It takes us extra time to rotate the image if it doesn’t show in the same direction as the header on the fax sheet.
5. Also, make sure you know whether the pages should be inserted into your fax machine facing up or facing down. (We get a LOT of blank pages!)
6. If we contact you and ask you to resend, please fax it again as soon as you can. We don’t want to keep our clients waiting, and we can’t release your evaluation form without a receipt if it’s required. (Please be aware that a “successful” fax confirmation doesn’t necessarily mean that your fax ended up where it should have. We don’t doubt that you faxed it the first time, so don’t take the time to send us your confirmation sheet.)
