Whether or not you can conduct a mystery shop on a holiday depends on the client. The first thing you should do is check the Project Specifications and see if any specific date restrictions are listed. Even if no restrictions are listed, we still recommend that you call the location to make sure it will be open on the holiday. A quick call will potentially save you valuable time, since unfortunately, we aren’t always notified about special holiday hours or closings.
