Just the Fax, Ma’am…

Are you sending a fax copy of a receipt or business card to Beyond Hello? Please print a fax cover sheet (link is provided at the top of every evaluation form) and fill it out completely before faxing. The cover sheet asks for critical information that we need to match your fax to your online evaluation. We match up hundreds of receipts, so it takes a while to sift through if we don’t have sufficient information to identify yours. Remember that we can’t pay you until we match things up, so please help us to process your fax as quickly as possible!

Also, please keep in mind that technology lets us down sometimes. We believe you when you tell us you sent a fax, but that doesn’t mean it showed up on our end. Please resend as soon as possible if we ask.

If you’re scanning and emailing instead of faxing, please make sure you include the same information in your email – especially your name and the Shop ID Number.
