We’re checking our list twice to review the things we’ve appreciated the most from our shoppers. We thank you for all the times you’ve…

Notified your scheduler if you couldn’t complete a shop - BEFORE it was due,
Read all the project specifications so you were well prepared for your visit,
Called us ahead of time to ask questions when you were unsure about a project,
Completed projects before the due date (but after the start date),
Let us know when you were traveling, so you could pick up shops along the way,
Referred qualified friends and family members as shoppers,
Volunteered for hard-to-cover or last minute projects - you’re our heroes!

And for those naughty shoppers (you know who you are) who “flaked” on projects during 2010, we wish you a year with fewer conflicts and look forward to a better working relationship during 2011!
