No doubt about it, our mystery shoppers are fantastic, and their project evaluations are usually on time and on target. Every so often, though, we see something on an evaluation that tickles our funny bone - usually just when we need something to brighten our day and lighten our mood!

• "I tried on a variety of glasses until I had a fit." (Might be time to take a little break…)
• “I have a double pain and a triple pain in my windows.” (Ouch, that hurts…)
• “He gave me the receipt and showed me the return police.” (Wow, they’re really serious about no returns…)
