It is a well-known fact that schedulers get a little frantic at the end of the month, when they’re trying to meet each client’s deadline.
When a shopper cancels a shop and/or doesn’t complete a shop on time, it is our goal to make that shop available to other shoppers as quickly as possible. The faster a shop is back on the Job Board, the better. This is good for our shoppers (who want more projects) and for our clients (who expect us to meet agreed upon timelines).
Schedulers monitor project Due Dates on a daily basis in order to effectively manage their shops.
Here’s what you need to know about Due Dates:
• Shops must be entered online within 12 hours after the visit AND by the Due Date posted for the shop. This includes providing any required attachments.
• Any shop that is not entered online by 11:59pm (local time) on the Due Date will be cancelled.
• Please don’t wait until the Due Date to tell your scheduler about a problem. If you contact your scheduler BEFORE the Due Date, it’s possible that an extension can be given.
• Failure to notify your scheduler of a cancellation prior to the Due Date can result in deactivating a shopper’s account. Beyond Hello works only with those shoppers who are consistently reliable – first time, every time.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Beyond Hello will no longer send our courtesy “Past Due” email notices for projects that have not been submitted online by the Due Date. We trust our shoppers to effectively manage their business!
