The Mystery Shopping Providers Association kicks off the 11th Annual North America Conference on October 7. Representatives from approximately 100 mystery shopping companies will spend 2 days discussing industry challenges, sharing best practices, and formulating ways to better serve their customers.
Conference topics will include: Industry integrity, doing business with international partners, building a strong service culture, working with independent contractors, and social networking.
Christopher Warzynski, Vice President of Beyond Hello Inc. and former MSPA North America President, will moderate a panel of experienced mystery shoppers: “Sustaining Shopper Loyalty and Ensuring Quality through Innovative Best Practices.” Shoppers will discuss ways for mystery shopping providers to develop strong business alliances to drive shopper loyalty and ensure quality.
