Available Positions in Madison, Wisconsin

Successful candidates will have effective communication skills, excellent organization skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, ability to meet deadlines, and work well independently and with a team.

Client Services Coordinator - Full-time, flexible office schedule. Responsibilities include direct interaction with clients; also program development, implementation, and management. Prior client advocate/account experience and ability to resolve issues a plus.

Scheduler - Part-time flexible at-home schedule. Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring mystery shopping projects for national clients. Prior customer service experience and ability to interact with a wide range of individuals a plus.

Editor - Part-time, flexible at-home schedule. Responsibilities include online editing of customer service evaluations. Prior editing or proofreading experience a plus.
