Beyond Hello, a Madison-based mystery shopping company, is looking for motivated, customer-focused, results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. 

Successful candidates will have effective communication skills, excellent organization skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, ability to meet deadlines, & work well both independently and with a team.

Available positions –

Scheduler - Part-time, flexible at-home and in the office schedules (approximately 20-25 hours/week; will fluctuate according to workflow). Responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring mystery shopping projects. Will need to attend regular meetings at our Madison, WI office and participate in phone conferences. Prior customer service experience and ability to interact with a wide range of individuals helpful.

Editor - Part-time, flexible at-home schedule (approximately 25 hours/week; will fluctuate according to workflow). Responsibilities include online editing of customer service evaluations. Will need to attend regular meetings at our Madison, WI office and participate in phone conferences. Prior editing or proofreading experience a plus.
